A Realtor called me in to help with this home that was For Sale that had 6 Bedrooms 
and 3 full baths. The problem was it needed a Master Bedroom and Master Bath to 
match.the listing price. Using the existing space and being sensitive to the cost of 
construction. I removed one bedroom and made the existing bathroom larger and 
joined it with the Master bedroom.
