This project I was called for help to update the Kitchen and Master Bath "show  me my remodel in 3D so I can visualize it." The client's request was to move Refrigerator to where the Pantry was. I usually do 2 to 3 layouts because I like to show my clients how to get the most value for their dollar.

The first layout is 98% of the time what the client requested. Then I start changing things around and thinking the layout through and I usually come up with better use of space.

In this project the kinked hallway is removed. By doing this it should increase the home value, make it more comfortable for them, and the vast amount of guest.

Homeowners were happy with the existing cabinet perimeter they wanted to paint them an off white. So while the cabinets are being painted the old tile counter top is removed and a new Quartz material will be template and installed. What really makes this kitchen facelift pop is the island and the new cabinetry by the Refrigerator are going to be a darker stained wood so it complements the new wood flooring they are getting.

I work for Homeowners to Contractors to Interior Designers. If you want to investigate the possibilities for your project give me a call Clare 503 354-4423

storage on the other side.

Zen Bath Retreat with an Addition of 84 SF

This lovely couple was getting closer to retirement and always wanted a Grand Master Bathroom. The Husband was over 6’ and to climb into the cramped shower was not an enjoyment. I was called in by their contractor Rehder Construction to come up with an addition that would make them proud because this was probably the last big remodeling splurge.

Per the couples wish list I came up with this layout which they love. The addition was 84 SF for the shower and toilet area. The vanity is in an Alder wood with a warm stain with limestone counter tops. All the product selections is just beautiful with all natural stones of Limestone, Travertine flooring, shower walls is in marble with a simple deco band with the curb less shower floor of marble with dark limestone in the center. No need for a shower door because the shower pony wall has ¾” glass on the top to shed the water.

Master Bedroom and Bath Project 3
This home was for sale and wasn't moving. The Homeowner was getting anxious that is when the Realtor contacted me to create Virtual Drawings to make the house more appealing so the homeowner could get top dollar for the home.
The problem was the existing floor plan had 6 bedrooms and no master bath. Using the existing space I removed one bedroom and made the existing bathroom larger and joined it with the Master bedroom. I solved the the space planning problem and no exterior walls were moved.
