Basement Converted into Clean Comfort.

Perspective overview of  Basement remodel
I get to help many people on a variety of projects. This one was a basement that needed extra TLC. Some of the requirements were: make the walls finished, a laundry area with a laundry sink, entertainment area, an office for the husband which is in the far lower left corner, redo the stairs and close off the bottom area, and Storage.

The Homeowner was a big HGTV fan. Homeowners' hired me because she wanted to see the drawings in 3d representation.

Master Bathroom

New Homeowners needed a Master Bedroom update. The current bathroom was dated no bathtub and toilet was not a separate room. The new layout has a double sink vanity, linen cabinet, new soaker tub, separate toilet room, and a steam shower. A new window added in the shower area along with 2 skylights to bring in more natural light.

Bath Project
Custom Master Bath with Asian Appeal
I love the blossoming tree and the colors that were used.
Here is a close up of this gorgeous tile.

This lovely couple wanted a Grand Master Bathroom with the Asian influence the Feng Shui appearance.

Love this image of the tree with blossoms. The simple rhythm of the branches spreading out into the room.

Kitchen and Fireplace Remodel

Kitchen Island for two
Kitchen and Fireplace Remodel

The Homeowner’s wanted to move the Cook-top and Refrigerator to new location. They wanted to keep the existing perimeter of kitchen cabinets and paint them an off white. This means a new island and new cabinets by the Refrigerator. The existing counter top was tile which is going to change it to a quartz material with a decorative back splash. Almost all of the flooring is changing. The 1st floor is changing to hardwood and tile and the Bedrooms to new carpet.

I did three layouts for this project. The first layout is what the Homeowner’s requested and the third layout was to show them how they can get more value from their dollar. The existing hallway had this kink that really didn't have any purpose except the architect thought it was a great idea at the time the home was built. The Hallway is going to be a straight shot to the kitchen with the entry closet moved to under the stairs. By doing this it opens up the kitchen entry, and should increase the value of their home because it is a major improvement.

I love projects like these where a Homeowner are not locked into changing some things around. I evaluate how much they want to do, find out there budget, find out likes and dislikes, wish list, and styles,  I like to do 2 to 4 layout to find out the best use of the space and how to get the most bang out of their dollar.
